Eco-art modular processing protocol for practitioners
Abstract
Background: Neurohumanities pertain to the many-layered intersections between neurological research and humanistic perspectives. The theoretical framework refers to neuro-aesthetic analysis. This protocol at the leading edge of neuroscience aims to interpret artworks not only within their artistic frame of reference but also to envisage modalities for introducing the creative element into medical treatment.
Methods and Materials: This novel mechanism protocol dealing with interventional research is intended for practitioners, including certified mental health providers, and the general audience. Its scope is to craft practicable, neuroaffirming strategies beyond the realm of theory, improving resiliency within various realms of experience.
Results: As we learn not only with our conscious mind but also through our bodily understanding, this breakthrough protocol outlines a series of paradigm-defining, interoceptive exercises. It follows a five-step scheme commonly used in trauma treatment through art therapy. The aim is to foster psychological activation in persons together with actualization of their values. The goal is thus to aid individuals in their creative actions, also regarding understanding instinctual drives, to realize their personal potentialities.
Conclusion: This protocol, representing the apex of innovation in psychological medicine, uses artistic principles based on neuroaesthetics and neurophysics to enhance people's daily lives. By examining neurological concepts within art rather than focusing on a single artist's poetics, we can analyze and develop aesthetic principles rooted in neurophysics and, more generally, in natural philosophy. This approach can assist individuals experiencing burnout, creative blocks, and decision fatigue, as well as help in managing other complex psychological conditions.
